All APS swag shop products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters our production process before it is prepared for shipment.

Production Time:
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be produced. Production includes order processing, artwork verification (when applicable), decorating your apparel, quality inspection, and packaging.

Shipping:
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping transit time is separate from production time and will vary based on your location and the carrier.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship together once all items have been completed.

To help maintain the shape, color, and embroidery of your cap:

* Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent when needed.
* For deeper cleaning, hand wash gently in cool water.
* Do not machine wash or machine dry.
* Do not use bleach.
* Reshape the cap while damp and allow it to air dry.
* Avoid excessive heat, as it may cause shrinking, fading, or damage to the cap’s structure.
* Store in a cool, dry place to help maintain its original shape.

Proper care will help keep your cap looking new and preserve the quality of the embroidery and materials.
