Home Team Apparel Return Policy
Returns must be requested and authorized by Home Team Apparel within 30 days of the delivery date.
All returns require a written return authorization issued by Home Team Apparel, and the return authorization number must be included in all correspondence and returned packages. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the return authorization issue date; otherwise, the return will not be eligible for credit.
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable). Freight charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective or was shipped incorrectly. Returned items may be subject to return freight charges and may also incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Exclusions: Custom orders, including decorated apparel, cannot be returned unless the merchandise is defective or an error was made by Home Team Apparel in processing the order. Home Team Apparel is not responsible for misuse, customer installation, freight damage, or improper storage.
