All APS swag shop products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters our production process before it is prepared for shipment.

Production Time:
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be produced. Production includes order processing, artwork verification (when applicable), decorating your apparel, quality inspection, and packaging.

Shipping:
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping transit time is separate from production time and will vary based on your location and the carrier.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship together once all items have been completed.

Tumblers

• Hand wash with warm water and mild dish soap.
• Do not place in the dishwasher.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners, scrub pads, or harsh chemicals.
• Do not microwave insulated stainless steel tumblers.
• Allow all parts to dry completely before storing.
• Avoid dropping or exposing the tumbler to strong impacts.

Coffee Mugs

• Hand washing is recommended to preserve the printed design.
• If your mug is labeled dishwasher safe, place it on the top rack only.
• Microwave only if the mug is specifically marked as microwave safe.
• Avoid abrasive scrubbers and harsh cleaning products.
• Do not expose the mug to sudden or extreme temperature changes.
