All APS swag shop products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters our production process before it is prepared for shipment.

Production Time:
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be produced. Production includes order processing, artwork verification (when applicable), decorating your apparel, quality inspection, and packaging.

Shipping:
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping transit time is separate from production time and will vary based on your location and the carrier.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship together once all items have been completed.

We appreciate your patience as we create your custom apparel with the quality and attention to detail you expect from the APS swag shop.

To maintain the appearance and performance of your garment:

* Machine wash cold with like colors.
* Wash inside out whenever possible.
* Use mild detergent.
* Do not bleach.
* Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.
* Remove promptly from the dryer to help reduce wrinkles.
* Cool iron if needed. Do not iron directly over embroidery, logos, or printed decorations.
* Do not dry clean unless the garment care label specifically states it is safe to do so.

Proper care will help maintain the color, fit, embroidery, and overall quality of your apparel for years to come.
